These are now available at the "Photographs" tab - enjoy!

New Useful Links

Courtesy of Morgan Rogers, I have added two fascinating links (at the top of the list). Both are well worth a look if you are interested in tractors and transport.

04/11/2008 - November meeting - Old 20 Parts

  • Don't forget that Nick Battelle from Old 20 Parts will be able to bring to the meeting any items you have ordered beforehand - if it is heavy or bulky, you might save yourself a good deal of post and packing costs!

13/10/2009 - Winter Road Run

  • Just a reminder that the road run will start at 10:00 (ish) from Gatcombe Farm, Long Ashton on Sunday 19th October. The run will also finish at the farm and those who wish to may eat at the carvery there (£9.95 a head - tickets from and money to Sheila Chapman on the day, before the start of the run).

14/09/2008 - Club Weekend and Ploughing Match

  • As many of the committee as were available met early this morning at Gatcombe Farm, together with Mr William Butler, to assess the position regarding the Club Weekend.
  • After walking the fields, the conclusion was reluctantly reached that the event, planned for the 20th & 21st of September, should be cancelled due to the wet conditions.
  • It is possible that the planned car boot sale could be combined with the winter road run in October and this will be decided at the next committee meeting.

20/08/2008

  • We have our first "For Sale" adverts - check them out!

19/08/2008
  • Firstly, my apologies for the late addition of the July and August meeting reports - other duties and holidays took priority.
  • I have loaded some more photographs into the album for the spring road run, courtesy of Jamie Sparey and Barry Bancroft (the Barbers). These have been added at the beginning of the album so that you don't need to scroll through all the previous ones to see the new ones (or you can use the index button in the bottom right hand corner of the album page and then select the photo you want to view).
  • The Club has acquired a replacement box for the storage of all our chairs, tables, fencing etc. that we use at shows. The old box had deteriorated significantly and a replacement was probably overdue. The old box has been sold to part-fund the new purchase of the new one. It will be available for scrutiny at the ploughing match, but in the meantime, some pictures below:-

  • The Club will shortly be purchasing some new (to us) tables for use at shows.
